Kimko Stocks License Agreement

Effective date: 22 September 2025

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee" or "you") and Kimko Design OPC PVT LIMITED, operating the Kimko Stocks icon library (the "Licensor", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, purchasing or using any icon, illustration or other asset (collectively, the "Items") from Kimko Stocks, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use our Items.

1. License types (no free plan)

Kimko Stocks offers paid subscriptions and custom licensing only; there is no free licence or free icon set. Each licence is non‑transferable, non‑exclusive and granted to a single person or organisation as described below. If multiple designers or team members need access, they must buy it through their email ID.

1.1 Monthly Subscription (₹199/month)

Overview: Gives a single user unlimited access to the entire Kimko Stocks library for the duration of the subscription.

Updates: New icons are added every month and become available to all active subscribers at no additional charge.

1.2 Yearly Subscription (₹1908 billed annually – equivalent to ₹159/month)

Overview: Same benefits as the monthly subscription but billed annually at a discounted rate.

Updates: You receive access to every new icon we release throughout your subscription term.

1.3 Custom Icons (₹1299/per icon)

Overview: Commissioned icons tailored to your specifications. Custom icons include exclusive usage rights for the commissioning client.

Deliverables: Provided in SVG, PNG and EPS formats. No attribution is required.

2. Licence summary and permitted uses

Under any paid Kimko Stocks licence, you may use the icons in unlimited personal or commercial projects, for yourself or for a client. This includes websites, mobile or desktop applications, presentations, social media posts, marketing materials and internal tools. Modify the icons to suit your needs, such as changing colours, sizes or combining them with other graphics. Incorporate the icons into design files, wireframes and prototypes, reports provided they are not extracted for use outside the licensed project.

3. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable fees, Kimko Design grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable and limited licence to use the Items according to the permitted uses set forth. All other rights are expressly reserved.

4. Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property and maintain fair use, you must not:

1. Resell or redistribute the icons in their original or modified form as part of an icon pack, design system, SaaS design tool, template or any product that competes with Kimko Stocks.
2. Share paid assets for free or distribute them to the public, whether standalone or bundled into another product (including but not limited to design freebies, open‑source libraries or repositories).
3. Claim ownership of the icons or represent them as your own creations, even if you have modified them.
4. Include paid icons in open‑source projects that require making project files publicly accessible.
5. Use the icons in AI training data sets or generative models without explicit permission.
6. Use the icons as the main element of a logo or trademark. You may incorporate icons into a logo design, but the logo must contain other distinctive elements and should not consist solely of a Kimko Stocks icon.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in and to the icons—including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of Kimko Design. Your purchase grants a licence to use the icons, not ownership.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Kimko Design may terminate your licence immediately and without notice if you: • Fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement, including non‑payment. • We determine, in good faith, that your use of the icons could subject us to legal liability or harm our business interests. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the icons and destroy all copies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

8. Amendments

Kimko Design reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Icons after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
