1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, including icons, illustrations, graphics, and fonts, is owned by Kimko Design or its licensors. You may only use Kimko Content under a valid paid license. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

2. License & Usage

Access is provided only to paying customers. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use licensed content for your projects (personal or commercial) under the chosen plan.

You may not share your account or content with third parties, resell, redistribute, or upload Kimko Content to stock platforms, or use content in violation of copyright, trademark, privacy, or data laws.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or your email. You must provide accurate information (name and email) and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Privacy

Our use of your personal data (name and email) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may link to third-party websites. Kimko Design is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our servers, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform, or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kimko Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. All services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. International users must also comply with local laws, including GDPR, DMCA, and other applicable regulations.
